What You Will Focus on 

Working in a team of engineers with cross-certification in various Spacecraft subsystems is required for the role. The many responsibilities are, but are not limited to:

  • Application and maintenance of the flight procedures according to the mission schedule
  • Use and maintenance of mission-specific software
  • Execution of simulations with the use of satellite simulator
  • Creation and maintenance of manuals, Ground Operations procedures or others related Project documentation
  • Offline data collection including trend analysis and reporting
  • Monitoring and status analysis of the subsystems and the payload
  • Maintenance of the TM / TC databases
  • Supporting the execution of the Flight operation activities
  • Provide regular On-call services for assigned subsystems

What You Bring

  • University degree in Space Engineering or related experinece
  • Experience in Mission Operations

Essential

  • Very good knowledge of Spacecraft subsystem(s)
  • Familiarity with Spacecraft control systems like SCOS-2000, SATMON etc.
  • Know-how of operational simulators
  • Experience with the generation of Flight/Ground Control Procedures and their validation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
