Job Overview

We are looking for an Analyst with sound experience in operations preparation and database development to join our Engineering team at customer premises near Munich.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Operations Database (ODB) development;
• Population of the Operations Database according to the Database Change Requests;
• Validation of the DCR (Database Change Request) implementation;
• Debugging and correction of the Operational Databases;
• Analysis of input DBs delivered by Space Segment;
• Participation in the Review Board Meetings
• Participation in the acceptance process chaired by ESA
• Facility familiarization and successful completion of training requirements;
• Anomaly investigation and report generation, validation of fixes;
• Participation in the MOIS ARB;
• PoC for the Multi-Site Sync Operations Preparation Facility (MSS OPF);
• Participation in the Flight Control Team Meeting;
• Maintenance of the Operations Product Configuration List Procedure development and maintenance;
• Tool development and maintenance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Engineering degree (or relevant work experience);
• System administration in LINUX environments, best in an aerospace domain;
• Proven work experience with Mission Control Systems (SCOS-2000, MOIS);
• Fluency in English both spoken and written;
• Programming skills (e.g. Python, SQL, VBA);
• Data analysis and reporting.

Furthermore 

This position will require a security clearance (from BMWK) in accordance with the stipulation of the project.
