What You Will Focus on 

As an AI Application Developer at Telespazio Germany, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions for diverse customer use cases. You will be the bridge between application development and machine learning (ML), collaborating closely with our talented software engineers to fine-tune, test, and deploy ML models to production, ensuring top-notch performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI/ML solutions for customer use cases
  • Collaborate with software engineers to optimize, test, and deploy ML models
  • Drive the development of the company's AI strategy in coordination with other AI engineer
  • Work alongside space and aerospace domain experts to identify and assess potential AI applications for our clients

What You Bring

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A University degree/PhD in Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with AI and software development tools and methodologies, including MLOps and DevOps
  • Essential coding and scripting experience in languages such as Python, C++, or Java
  • Proficiency in one or more machine learning toolsets, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Experience with development tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, VS Code, or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
  • Proficiency in English, both in speech and writing


  • Experience with machine learning infrastructures and platforms, including tools for model deployment, testing, and monitoring, such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Grafana
  • Proficiency in data analysis, structure, and management
  • A broad understanding of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and their practical application
